Hardship Waivers
I-601 and I-601A waivers: These waivers allow individuals who qualify for an immigrant visa (such as immediate relatives, family-sponsored, or employment-based visas) to apply for a waiver prior to traveling abroad for consular review. A I-601 and I-601A application waives the inadmissibility that would prevent them from applying for an immigrant visa.
I-212 Application: this application allows you to ask to reapply for admission into the United States if you are deemed inadmissible.
I-602 Waiver: This waiver allows you to apply for a waiver of inadmissibility based on a felony conviction or health conditions due to humanitarian reasons, family unity, or national interest.
