Daniel Porcerelli is an associate attorney at Elsharnoby & Associates.

Daniel practices exclusively immigration and nationality law. He represents clients in family-based, employment/investment-based, and deportation matters. As the descendent of Filipino and Italian immigrants, Daniel found this area of law as the vehicle in which he could give back to others. He is committed to assisting clients from diverse backgrounds and helping them navigate all stages of the complex immigration system.

Daniel obtained a JD from Wayne State University Law School and an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy where he published several scholarly articles. As a law student, Daniel worked for the Asylum and Immigration Law Clinic where he successfully advocated for clients in removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. He also received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award in Constitutional Law and the Regulatory State and the Silver and Bronze Keys for academic excellence.

He is licensed in the District of Columbia.
