Non-immigrant Visas

Tourist visa: If you wish to come to the United States for certain business or pleasure reasons, you may apply for this visa. This is one of the most common non-immigrant visas given.

Student visa: If you wish to come to the United States to study, this may be the right visa for you.

U -visa: If you have been a victim of a qualifying crime in the United States (such as kidnapping, domestic violence, aggravated assault), you have suffered physical and mental abuse, and you have assisted law enforcement in the investigation of the crime, you may qualify for this visa.

O-1 Visa: this visa is given to individuals who possess extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics.

Change of status: If you are in the United States on a valid nonimmigrant visa, and would like to change your status to another visa, you may do so while in the United States through a change of status application.

Visa Extensions: If you are in the United States on a valid nonimmigrant visa and need to extend your stay, you may do so through a visa extension application.
