E-2 Visa: It is a nonimmigrant visa that allows you to come to the United States to develop and direct an operation of a business that they have invested a substantial amount of money in. It can also be used to hire non-investor nationals to be employed by the E-2 entity as Managers, Executives, Supervisory, or Essential Skill employees.

L-1A visa: It is a nonimmigrant visa that allows a U.S. employer to transfer an executive or manager from the foreign corporation to a United States office. It also allows foreign nationals in a foreign company that does not yet have a US office to come and establish one.

EB-5: It is an immigrant investor visa given to individuals who have invested 1.8 million in a regional center program or their own commercial enterprise. Alternatively, the immigrant investor may invest $900,000 in a Targeted Employment Area in the United States through a regional center program or their own commercial enterprise.
